HelpUsTech Sentinel checks websites from the outside — uptime, speed, SSL certificate, email authentication records (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), DNS settings and security headers — and explains the results in plain language with suggested fixes. All checks are read-only and external. We do not host, edit or manage your website or servers unless you separately give us limited, revocable access for a fix you have bought.
The free scan is provided as-is, for information. It may be limited per visitor. Do not use it to attack, overload or scrape any website.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the full price. HelpUsTech is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged, and receipts do not show a GSTIN. Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel. Plan limits (number of domains, features) are as described on the pricing section.
Keep your login safe. Only add domains you own or manage with the owner's permission. Check important changes (especially DNS changes) with your hosting provider before applying them.

We monitor and report; we cannot guarantee that your website or email will never fail. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party systems (hosting, DNS, email providers). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
