helpustech.com ("HelpUsTech", "we") is run by Kaylas Swami as a sole proprietor, based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For personal data, Kaylas Swami is the data fiduciary and grievance officer. Contact: helpustech@gmail.com.
Free scan: the domain you type, the scan result, the time, and your IP address (used only to limit abuse of the free scanner). A domain name is usually not personal data, but we treat it with care.
If you ask for the PDF report or chat with our website assistant: your name and email address, and the messages you type, so we can send the report and reply to you.
If you become a customer: name, email, a password (stored only as a secure hash), the domains you monitor, optional Telegram chat ID for alerts, and payment references from Razorpay (order ID, payment ID, amount). We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details — Razorpay handles those.
Server logs: like every website, our server records IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
We use this data only for the purpose you gave it for: running the scan, sending the report, providing the service you bought, replying to you, billing, and keeping the site secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
When you give us your email (for a report, a reply, or an account), you agree to us using it for that purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; we will then stop and delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, payment records).
Only the services needed to run the site: Hostinger (our server, in Mumbai, India), Razorpay (payments), Google Gmail (sending emails and receipts), Telegram (alerts, only if you turn them on), Cloudflare public DNS (to look up the domain you scan). The website also loads styling and fonts from public CDNs (Tailwind CSS, Google Fonts), which can see your IP address when the page loads. Each receives only what is needed.
Scan logs: up to 90 days. Report/chat contacts: until you ask us to delete them, or once they are no longer needed. Customer records: while your plan is active, then deleted or anonymised on request — except payment records, which we keep as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require.
We use HTTPS everywhere, store passwords only as hashes, limit who can access data (only the owner), and never ask for your website or server passwords. If a personal-data breach happens, we will inform affected users and the authorities as required by law.
You can ask us to: (1) tell you what personal data we hold about you; (2) correct or update it; (3) delete it; (4) withdraw consent; (5) nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email helpustech@gmail.com with the subject "DATA REQUEST". We reply within 7 working days.

This service is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
